Location

The location service manages the low-level initialization and power management of the satellite receiver. The location services ensures that all efforts are made to receive satellite based location information when requested by the user system.

An interface is exposed via the IPC system which enables user applications to request location information, determine the status of the satellite receiver, and receive location information.
